Maddalena’s Descant is an auditioned SSAA ensemble that performs works from classical and popular repertoires. We are named after the first woman in history to self-publish her own compositions - Maddalena Casulana

A concert of Christmas music composed by women throughout the ages, with centerpiece Kassiani's great Christmas Vespers of the 9th Century.
